Peanut Butter Jumbos
In a bowl add these first 5 ingredients and blend until fluffy.
1 cup butter or margarine (I use Imperial Margarine)
1 cup peanut butter (I use crunchy-any brand)
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
Add the next 3 ingredients and mix well.
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet any brand)
Drop dough on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Cool on sheets for a few minutes before you put them on the cookie cooling rack.

Easy Chicken Bake (Stove Top Stuffing Mix box)
Easy Chicken Bake
1 package (60z) Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (10 3/4) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside.
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in13 x 9 baking dish; top with prepared stuffing.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Makes 6 servings.
